Program Team
Main duties:
- Design the show flow and the contest format
- Run the open call, the preliminary round and the final
- Design the voting based on the contest rules
- Communicate with performers and hosts
- Work with the other teams on their needs
Internal Affairs Team
The Internal Affairs Team handles all internal communication and coordination. The team plays a key role in the success of each event! Main duties:
- Plan and run ticketing for the Singer Contest
- Run logistics on the days of the preliminary round and the final: volunteer and performer check-in, staff meals and more
- Organize team-building events for volunteers
- Design volunteer merchandise and perks
Photo and Video Team
The ZaiGeZaiGu photo and video team brings together many top talents in the Bay Area. The team has made many popular works and has the best live-streaming skills in the Bay Area.
Main duties:
- Design, direct and shoot promotional videos, opening videos and warm-up videos
- Take photos and videos at the Garden Party
- Make recap videos of the Garden Party
Promotion Team
The Promotion Team is the largest volunteer team at every gala. The team includes the copywriting, channels, website and design teams. Main duties:
- Set the promotion goals and plan for the event
- Promote the event on many channels
- Run the WeChat Official Account and write copy
- Make graphic and motion designs (logo, program, posters, T-shirts and more)
- Design and build the website
Sponsorship Team
The Sponsorship Team makes a clear, tiered sponsorship plan early in the season. The team also builds wide connections with the community through official materials, and makes ZaiGeZaiGu better known in the Bay Area. Main duties:
- Write the sponsorship plan, the sponsor benefits table and the sponsorship brochure
- Find sponsors and partners, and agree on how to work together
- Collect promotional materials from sponsors
- Deliver the sponsor promotion as agreed
- Review the results of the sponsorship

We hold two Garden Parties each year, one in summer and one at the Lunar New Year. Each has its own theme and activities. We look forward to your ideas!

- Design, plan, revise and run the booths
- Buy supplies and set up prizes
- Plan the Garden Party promotion
- Confirm and set up the venue, and guide visitors

Producers
Yunji producers run volunteer recruiting at the start of each season. They help each club lead hold one event a month and review the results. They coordinate team building across clubs, review promotional copy, improve the rules, train the next club leads and co-producers, and set up the budget and volunteer committees.
Support Team: Relations
The Relations Team welcomes new volunteers, tracks participation, organizes team-building events and designs volunteer rewards. The team also talks with sponsors, contacts guests, keeps in touch with partner communities and keeps these resources organized.
Books & Films
Books & Films builds an in-person community for culture lovers. We host book talks, living-room salons, book clubs, movie marathons, a peer-to-peer library and more. Story lovers find interesting content, and discussion lovers enjoy the exchange of ideas. Above all, you spend a pleasant time and meet interesting people!

Sports & Games
The ZGZG Sports & Games club designs the best online and in-person social activities, for people who like to stay home and for people who like to go out.

Yibao Yanfu Theater Club (一饱演福)
A group of drama lovers in Silicon Valley started this ZaiGeZaiGu club. We build a place where theater and performance lovers can share, create and grow together. We regularly hold online and in-person drama and performance events. Join us and experience a different life!
Support Team: Operations
The Operations Team builds the ZaiGeZaiGu Yunji brand, grows the program and promotes events. The team reviews and manages promotional materials for each club (copy, posters, videos), runs our channels (WeChat Official Account, 1Point3Acres, Xiaohongshu and more), tries new channels and formats, and manages partners outside the clubs.
Career Talks
Career Talks helps young people with goals plan their careers, build job skills, learn about different industries, find startup ideas and meet like-minded friends.
